If you want to become mentally strong then you have to follow these steps:

  1. Spend quality time learning new things.
  2. Don't start any kind of Relationship.
  3. Make friends, spend few hours with them but don't make them a close person, otherwise, your few month's happiness will give you many year's sadness.
  4. Remember, no one is permanent. Don't make someone a habit
  5. Make a goal, Earn money, Eat food, Learn new things and spend your time and money on yourself.
  6. Family, Friends, Relatives are distractions. So give them normal time and never be addicted to them.
  7. Never depend on Others 
  8. Make yourself happy by watching videos, playing games, grow your professional skills, develop new ideas and implement them, learn more, and learn from other mistakes.
  9. Never tell your secret, never involve anyone in your daily schedule. 
  10. Eat good, Sleep more, Cry Less, Think less, Learn more, and more.

If you follow these points, you will become mature and you will be mentally strong. These things happen when someone broke from inside. You don't need to be broken to become mature. You can learn from others and improve your life.
